About the Role:
Techsofts is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth across our digital services — including website design, SEO, AI consultancy, and marketing. You’ll identify new partnership opportunities, develop proposals, and help scale our client base across the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify and close new B2B opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Create proposals and present Techsofts’ digital solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets
- Work closely with our marketing and operations team

- Proven track record in business development or sales

Customer Service Agent
Location: Barnstaple HQ or Remote (UK-Based)

Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 DOE

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional client support across email, live chat, and phone. You’ll be the voice of Techsofts — ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and support tickets efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client communication
- Assist project managers with client onboarding
- Resolve small issues before they become big problems

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or admin role

Administrative Assistant

- Close deals and manage client handovers
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
